Standard turn around on custom orders is approximately 10 business days, however this may increase during busy periods. If you require your product by a particular date please leave a note of this in the comments section upon checkout. Turnaround time does not include postage times.
Small imperfections may be present in items as a result of the fine detailed laser cutting process.
All items are custom made and unique. As no two pieces of wood are identical, grain size and colour may vary between orders.
Please handle with care as laser cut items are very delicate. We accept no responsibility for breakages or damage caused once items have received.
We currently have one pickup location in West End in Brisbane. Pickup details will be emailed once your order has been processed.
We charge a flat rate of $10 for postage Australia wide. Couriers Please are used for all parcels - Authority to leave the parcel in ones absence is given.
Note: We can not be held responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any issues with delivery that stem directly from circumstances beyond our control.
We do not accept refunds or returns for any personalised items.
Please take care with all items, as they are fragile. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused once they have been received.
Items are carefully packaged for postage to ensure their safe arrival. Damage caused during the postal process needs to be reported within 24 hours of receiving your product. No action can be taken after this time frame.
